Bug description: i have reach 15 level in ak but still i can take the quest [Knowledge is Power].i have 8 [Artifact Research Synopsis] and i cant use them.

There was an issue where bank items where ignored and allowed you to do more, but it should be ok, you can't use them after level 15. Only remaining issue should be https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Knowledge-is-Power-can-t-turn-in-quest-t471305.html
