[REJECTED] Nithogg doesnt appear

Bug description:
This week i didn't get nithogg slain quest and when i joined a group for killing him noone could see him. NPC finder in website was showing him as alive. We were also waiting about 20 minutes there and his respawn time is 10 minutes so that looks like a bug.

when you enter in the area of the world boss and the quest pop up for you, go near the boss spawn area and wait for him, when him spawn, just relog and so you can see the boss and the quest.
work for me.

Relog doesnt work, i have tried it many times on his spawn place.
