Bug description: even since added they aint showing on my character(its always you`ll get a new quest tomorrow, in the 2nd day someone did a fix and after server restart it worked, then i needed a gm to reset my quest progression so i can finally see the quest, but for 2 days now, nothing, and its quite annoying cause there`s a part of people getting it and a part aint(i tried doing 4 world quests in the zone where people that had the quest did them but i couldnt turn them in)
