[COMPLETED] Item disappeared after restart

Details: After I've done the Quest [110]WANTED: Syphonus (Quest link: https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=43429&name=wanted-syphonus ) from the daily world quests I've recieved a trinket (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=136749&name=mark-of-the-sentinel) . After the restart the item dissapeared from my inventory, and the quest disappeared too, but it hasn't been marked as completed, as you can observe on my Map

The single thing I'm asking is that I want that item because I've won it fair.
