[FIXED] [Priest][Shadow] Shadowy Apparitions do not crit

Bug description:

Shadowy apparitions currently do not crit. Testing was done via whacking on dummies to proc 501 apparitions with 21% critical strike.

Quick note on game mechanics: There's some out dated information regarding the crit damage of shadow apparitions when googled. This misinformation comes about from mechanics from Mists of Pandaria. Apparitions are supposed to crit for the default value of 100%, not 50% as may be listed elsewhere.
