[FIXED] [Monk][Spell] Crackling Jade Lightning damage

Bug description: Player Singleshot was hitting me with Crackling Jade Lightning in bg for average 374,5K. To hit like that he would've to have something like 1M AP (it deals 35% AP Nature damage every second). My friend has tried using it too, however his dmg wasn't even remotely close to Singleshot's. (We weren't able to reproduce it.)
