[Druid] [Feral] Rip-duration extend bugged. [video included]

Bug description: "Each time you Shred, Ravage, or Mangle the target while in Cat Form the duration of your Rip on that target is extended by 2 sec, up to a maximum of 6 sec." Instead of only extending the duration, Mangle/Ravage/Shred applies a new snapshot of Rip. That's a really major bug that makes ferals a lot less viable spec in pve since it ruins snapshot of 1/3 cat dots.
