I buy for 50 vote points, Reins of the Grand Ice Mammoth. I didn t get this mount on my caracter. Can you help me?

It's already learned. Check "Mounts" on your character and you should find your mount there.

Pms is correct. Mounts you buy from the vote shop or from the donation shop get added into your spellbook instead of being mailed to you.
