Bug description: Battle Cry doesn't pop up, and it doesn't have 100% crit chance when in pvp area, only when out of pvp area or rested (might have something to do with Pain Train Honor Talent

y its the pain train honor talent thats causing the problem :/ hopefully they'll fix it soon
