Hello.
Following the in-game ticket's response, I'm posting here, even though I'm not so sure this is the right place..

A while ago, around the end of WotLK or the start of Cataclysm expansion, I started the quest chain for <The Sword in the Skull> achievment, I completed all the quests up until "Reforging the Sword" (7th quest). I don't remember exactly why, but I think some mechanics for Pit of Sauron were bugged or something and I had to drop it.
Now, 4-5 years later, while trying to clear some space in Bank, I noticed the item [Remnants of Quel'Delar]. I knew that the quest chain is now doable, so I tried again. But I don't have the "Reforging the Sword" (H) quest in Log anymore. I tried to start anew the whole quest chain, but I'm not eligible for "The Battered Hilt" anymore. Obviously. I don't know if its my fault for not destroying the item, but I don't trink that was the problem all along. The NPC Myralion Sunblaze should offer the quest if its not in my QuestLog, and only while trying to accept it should a message warn me that I'm not eligible (because I have the item, that I can't carry any more, or something).

So, my hope is for a resolve. A quest chain reset and a new [Battered Hilt], the quest availlable to the NPC or directly in my QuestLog. Something I could work with.
If its not the right place for this topic ( I was just following the link provided by a GM), would a GM please move it in the right section?
