Can`t create trial char

Hello... any idea why i can`t create trial chars??

I even tried on an account i had with 0 chars on it and its the same.. that thing on the top doesn`t show up...
I deleted my catch folder but it didn`t do anything..

Pls any help i want to try out some chars before i decide on an alt...

It is disabled cuz of exploits

Oh... i did search for some info on the forum before i posted but to no avail... Anyway hope it gets sorted out soon.
