I tried to follow his rotation but i cant get 3 aimed shot in 1 marked shot window , and i got 16 % haste and he got 13 % XD !

It's the Markman's Focus that gives 20 instead of 30 the problem here.

This is indeed GAMEBREAKING BUG, it litterally lowers our dps by 20%ish since the all point of this spec is to cast 3 Aimed Shot in a vulnerable window, which can't be done without 130 focus.

Hi, just tell me, how is that bugged ? Looked in all the hotfixes for 7.1.5, looked in 7.1 patch notes, found nothing, only in 7.2, they made it 30 focus. Your link was invalid, btw.

But what about this haste bug, coz i think something is wrong with that haste , any one can check this for sure? I am not able to shot 3 aimed shot with 15% of haste also.

Indeed, focus regen does not work, I found this and the guy said like this :

Please check this min 4:44, he has 13.15% haste, and if we apply the same formula it goes like this 10*(1+13.15/100) which equals 11.315= 11.32, EXACTLY HOW MUCH HE HAS.

So there are 2 bugs here:
1. Base Focus Regen is 9, should be 10.
2. Focus Regen formula is wrong, it should be BaseFocusRegen*(1+Haste/100).

On PTR I have 29.15% haste, so if I apply the formula 10*(1+29.15/100) I should have 12.92 but I have 10.17.




Btw look at here . He has 130 focus so Marksman Focus should indeed give 30 focus(I believe). For this one, open another topic, which we will debate more.
