[REJECTED] Didn't recieve item after 10 arena wins

Details: capped 10 Wins and no Loot. Is this a bug, is my toon bugged ?I don't recieve emissary quests, I can't exchange order resources without GM abandoning my quest.. Does this particullary happen to my toon ?

I was expecting : I will random loot .add your reward item to your toon.

If it bugs next time again, already lost 2 items and 2 weeks while others are gearing up but you probably don't give a shit about players and their waste of time.

Well you can check my backpack and my equipped gear / bank. I don't have any reason to lie and posted the proof aswell.
