Bug description: the retribution talent sometimes not triggered.

It happened to me 4 times in a row today (2 in bgs, and 2 in duel), you just die and Divine Shield is off cd,
and there is no Forbearance debuff on you.
I tried to test it in a duel and my guess is that it doesn't go off when Divine Shield is on gcd.

It does not count critical strikes. So if you have 50k hp, you take an 80k crit, it is recognized as 40k (meaning the condition that "damage must be higher than current HP - a.k.a lethal damage" is never satisfied).
