Bug description: Stomp's damage is maybe lower than what tooltip shows.

at 3:14 he hovers over the tooltip which shows around 180k
at 8:53 his stomp damage on the dummies (Stomp's icon is same as Tauren's War Stomp) it does 300k on 2 targets(which is pretty much 150k on each)
