[REJECTED] Frost and Shadow relic refund

Item Name & ID:
1) The first Frost Relic was reward of this world quest: https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41821&&name=wanted-shara-felbreath which i don't remember the name and cannot find it.

2) The second one is reward from mythic boss: "Curdled Soul Essence" http://imgur.com/a/nn37z

I equipped the artifact relics and then i did just log out, it wasn't rollback or something. I checked my damage before and after equipping the new higher ilvl relics in both (2) times and it was lower (all the skills were doing a bit less damage).

I also have a post about this for bug report and seems like that happened to other players too.

Currently on Legion Realm It is not possible to Recover : Mythic Dungeon Gear with Bonuses, Mythic Keystones, Relics .
