[REJECTED] [Blackrook Hold] Last boss not spawning after finishing first phase

We were in a mythic +5 blackrook hold run with 11minutes left when we started the last boss. After getting the mob to low HP the second part of the fight does not start and the mob dies. The boss does not spawn at all but we are still in combat. We called for a GM later on who attempted to kill the boss but we still received no loot and our key got depleted.

Can confirm, was in the party. I also posted on forum as gm said
