While i wait for my application to be accepted or denied can i play on an alternate character?

Only if you dont level up your char 80+ before they will answer to your migration.

What if I already have a char on WoW Freakz?
If you already have a level 80+ char on our you can't "migrate" since you're already playing here

What is the response time?
Usually 1d but if you don't reply within 7 days your request will be rejected.
