ARTIFACT RANDOMLY DISSAPEARED!!!!!

I was doing some world quests as usually and after I finished i switched to holy and there my problem, no more artifact weapon. So after that i used unstuck on the website and my artifact and 2 other items missing appeared. But, there is more, now the big problee: ALL MY THOUSANDS POINTS USED ON ARTIFACT HOLY WEAPON GONE, THEY GOT RESETED!!!!! Please do something about this shit, how is this even possible, SERIOUSLY???

because you used the fix lol... it is stated that it will delete all of your AP.. u should've just relogged and try an unstuck or delete cache but dont use the artifact fix cuz it deletes the artifact power.. or try to switch spec again

I've found out about that fix you talking but i didn't use it. Please read my post carefully. My artifact weapon just dissapeared randomly amd after unstuck i had no artifact power at all or any traits
