Wow client is damaged

I downloaded the torrent. tried to remove read only delete cascrepair and ran freakz launcher but its still damaged. ive also ran read only as admin and still no dice. I deleted the torrent file and downloaded just the launcher which seems to run but it never downloads the client. That being said I'm downloading the torrent again. So what am I doing wrong here? I should also add I'm on Win 10. I tried reading up on how to keep files from reenabling read only but it just keeps doing the same thing.

So theres no way to fix this..... ive read the topic numerous times. My issue is that the cascrepair keeps recreating itself.

Okay so i redownloaded the torrent replaced the launchers and it launches now without errors but its playing like im downloading as i play.
