Bug description: i didnt do the qests since the reset, loged in today, and cannot take any of the 3 qests, gm came , and he somehow got me the q but i cant turn it in.None of the 3 qests work, and i got the q items needed. proof here

There is no bug, you already completed the quest this week. The GM shouldn't have given you the quest.
