[FIXED] [Shaman][Elemental] Lava Surge Proc vs Lava Burst CD

Bug description: If you get multiple Lava Surge Procs and spam lava burst some lava bursts don't even hit the target and lava burst goes on cool down which is not possible while having a lava surge proc because lava surge actually removes the cooldown so how can a spell be on cooldown while you have a proc that removes the cooldown

Proof:
I will upload other pictures too if this is not enough.
But getting multiple lava surge procs is kind of impossible but w8 for updates

Bug confirmed. Same as Ascendance, it should take off cd Lava Burst, but it dosen't, so if you use the 2 charges of Lava Burst and after use Ascendance, you can't cast Lava Burst until it's cd goes away!

I'm trying to get a proof, but it's hard in dungeons, because dummy dosen't work, i will try to fraps it.

Are you sure you're playing on freakz? because everything works fine for you
also you should test on Live not PTR because PTR is not Live no matter if they are just copies of each other or exactly the same
Answer this question: If you have 500ms on blizzard does it make bugs?
Lags don't make bugs and that's for sure

lava surge > lava bursts are working perfectly fine...

it's most likely because your internet speed isnt high enough to cast lava burst insantly after pressing the button...

installing snowfallkeypress addon and enabling [reduce input lag] in options might help.

also, i noticed a guy instantly approves you in all topics.... STOP IT.

now confirmed.

it seems to be a visual bug, and it only happens when you literally spam the lava burst's button. i just DDOSed the key with AHK to ReCreate it. -_-

You see there, when it's on cooldown and flashing, it's simply because you used the recent lava surge proc and now it's on the CD.
but when it's on the [flashing CD] it wont get reset even if you get another lavaSurge proc.

LavaSurge Not resetting the [Flashing CD] is the actual bug here.

you can try ReCreating this situation with "Elemental Fusion" and AoE dummy targets in SW or Org...

apply 5-6 flameshocks and start spamming the [lava burst] spell button.

works for me too, maybe its something related to world mobs/dungeons/raids

nope, it's obvious: The problem is that sometimes lava surge procs multiple times and we mash the button too fast so we will end up with a proc and a cd at the same time.
An easy fix (although I don't think it's blizzlike) is to make lava surge proc like a passive aura that removes cd from lava burst completely while we have the proc buff

I can confirm this, only sometimes, may be when you're getting the proc while you're finishing the cast, therefore getting a cooldown on lava burst with a lava surge proc at the same time.

Yep, but sometimes it happens when you get multiple lava surge procs while you're spamming the key to use them all.
