Bug description: The NPC doesn't spawn anymore
Proof: He recently got fixed as he could be killed numerous times without a respanw time, however he doesn't spawn at all now.

I'll look into the problem. But is this a legion or a mop problem? Last time it was a legion problem and you posted in MoP bug reports, please make sure you post in the right sub-forum.

It is a MOP issue, currently he doesn't spawn on the MOP server.

I checked on the MoP server and it works fine for me, spawns as normal.

Managed to spawn him myself, however the site still shows it as having 0 spawns.

The npc is spawned by clicking on his shell, not having himself a spawn. Also the shell has a respawn time of 60 minutes.
