[DUPLICATE] Artifact weapon problem!

Huge problem: after my artifact weapon was removed from my bags randomly, i used unstuck, i got it back with all artifacft power and traits lost, now i can't even use artifact power on it, i can't do anything with that artifact weapon. Thank you!
I don't have proofs of this because i never expected for my artifact weapon to dissapear randomly, so now i have just my useless holy artifact weapon.

This bug is already known. They are working on it.
You can open a new topic here (item recovery).
I think they will change / fix your artifact. *they can't recover ap / traits*
Also, open a ticket ingame too.

yeah, i have same problem ! when i went to class hell to activat my [G'Hanir, the Mother Tree] , after me click , nothing happen [ weapon doesn't activated ??! why !!!
