[REJECTED] Missing Traits

Bug description: So today, after I logged in after being banned for 7 days, it turned out that my traits got restarted to 1 but I had some Artifact Power which can bring be back to 25 traits now but it is not the trait level that I had before being banned. Before the ban, I had 31 traits. This not only happened to me but also to the friends that had been banned for the same reason. My Artifact Knowledge has not changed, the only thing is that I and some of my friends are missing some crucial traits. I know that I can easily gain it back but it should not have happened.

Proof: I can't prove that I had that much traits before the ban. but I can prove that After logging in today My weapon traits are empty...

PS: We have not been banned for Artifact Power Exploit.. and I think I know what could have cause it.. the latest server problem, where people were losing their items etc. We were banned during this time so that could be the problem.

They can't restore traits / ap / relics.
Maybe they restarted your traits + ban

Or your traits were restarted due to some error / crash...and they can't restore them.
Many people have this problem, after relog their traits are gone....this bug is already known.

Sorry cannot restore lost traits
