Bug description: For each point in mastery, arcane charge damage increase gets doubled, meaning like this: I have 20% mastery, I should have 20% mana and mana regen, and 10% dmg increase on Arcane Charge stacks, but here I have 20% increase.

Thats actually not the problem, the problem is the old MoP mastery still active (hidden). If you look at your damage it goes lower the less mana you have. That should no longer be in the game. And the closer you are to full mana the more damage you do.

The initial post is invalid, but the MoP mastery was still active. Fixed that issue
