Bug description: I have a death knight, I leveled up using blood spec (only 3 traits) and as soon as I got my artifact weapon I started to use frost spec (27 traits) but never, 'till today, I switched to unholy spec to test something and I got +12 traits, weapon I never used. I think it's scaling with my current artifact knowledge (18). I don't know if this a exploit or this is how it supposed to be.
