Bug description: When i pick up the quest Sky Admiral Rogers is disappearing and i dont have portal to Skyfire. When i fly to SW by myself i can inspect the cannons but can't salute and can't complete the quest.

Go to the boat, and drop the quest. Go inside the captain's cabin where you first find her and she will reappear there after you drop the quest. Pick it up and continue the quest.

If you still need help, open a tickem ingame and a GM should help you.
