[DUPLICATE] Serpent riding

Bug description: Although it was removed, even if you get exalted with order of the cloud serpent, you can't ride serpents.

Because Cloud Serpent Riding was removed in WoD, you should be able to ride Serpent mounts regardless of reputation, right?

As of right now I can't ride them either.
