Bug description: while extending remorsless winter duration using gathering storm talent the golden trait frozen soul doesnt work

Proof: easy to test in game

You can see in my combat log, that frozen soul hit the dummies, and after that "Gathering Storm faded You", meaning I had several stacks of gathering storm and forzen soul still worked.
