[DUPLICATE] [Val'Sharah WQ] Coastal Gloom (WQ Doesn't activate on specific character)

Bug description: This specific WQ does not activate on my warrior. I relogged 4 times and changed the zone, suffice to say it didn't work. I did the same quest 10 minutes before that on my priest - and that may be the root of the problem. I've already done this quest on my warrior before too.

Please notice that the quest got exclamation mark because i clicked on it, it doesn't have question mark because it did not activate.
