[DUPLICATE] [Warlock][Demo] Demonic Empowerment

Bug description: Demons who are casting spells are not benefit from damage buff from Demonic Empowerment. Regular demons are not benefit from damage buff at all even for meele attacks.
Proof:
Darkglare:

As you can see damage its still the same, it doesn't work for Doomguard also. However it works for meele summoned pets like fel lord or dreadstalkers so they can benefit from Demonic Empowerment. Maybe something with mastery is not working.
Please fix it because it's game breaking bug for this spec.
