Bug description: while extending remorsless winter duration using gathering storm talent the golden trait frozen soul doesnt work

you can see that frozen soul fades before remorsless winter because the remorsless duration is longer than frozen soul because of gathering storm and you can also see that frozen soul doesnt do damage both in combat log and in skada
