Bug description: If you put the legendary boots Norgannon's Foresight on you,then you waint for them to activate,you can swithc your boots whit another pair and stil have the buff on you,not only that but the buff keps staying on you permanently until you die,can easely be exploited in dungeons and raids for dps increase
