[FIXED] [SHAMAN][ELEMENTAL] Elemental focus vs earthquake

Bug description: Elemental focus vanishes on multi targeting spells. The way this spell should work is buff your next ability and consume one stack on cast, which does in the case of lava burst.
as seen in video below: 1st time i hit 4.2M with no elemental focus, 2nd time i hit 4.6M. 10% increased damage - works fine.

and now the tricky part comes in. as you can see in the video below. at 0:15 I got my elemental focus proc and I cast earthquake instantly. stacks didn’t vanish on cast, they vanish after first tick. I got lava surge proc, casted another lava burst which granted me another 2 stacks of elemental focus, earthquake tick again and both stacks of elemental focus are vanished. The way i think this is supposed to work is consume one stack on cast, not every time it ticks.

and I think same thing happens in the case of chain lightning. but I’m not 100% sure. I did some tests and sometimes it consumes both stacks sometimes only 1. maybe you can test it and find it out.

It should not even affect Earthquake in the first place. Also fixed interaction with Chain Lightning
