LFR Transmog suggestion

So i was thinking since there's no LFR difficulty on the server, could we buy LFR transmog gear of higher ilvl than 416 with vote points?
Also i don't think we can buy old pve/pvp gear for gold from these formerly valor (and stuff) vendors. I might be mistaken with that tho, since im playing a DH and vendor's gear is class specific like Rogue/Druid and so on.
And about that valor thing, we can "drop" valor from ToES bosses for example but it won't appear in Currency tab. So either way it would be cool if we could get that gear for either Valor points (or gold like it's on retail atm).
