[DUPLICATE] Mining- Smelt Obsidium does not provide skill increase

Bug description: Smelting Obsidum is not skilling up the mining. I have run two tests, both with screen shots on two different sessions, I.E. logging out, going to bed and then logging in again over 8 hours later. Both times smelting 50+ ore gave no skill up. As you can see from the screen shots my level is 425/450. It requires 425 to learn smelting Obsidium.

Same goes with recipes on blacksmithing included obsidium, im not receiving any skills
