[DUPLICATE] Mining & Blacksmithing not receiving any skill-ups

Bug description: I smelted about 225 Obsidium while it was on Yellow on Mining and I didn't receive any skillups. Had 425 before smelting and 425 after smelting it. I tried to make some recipes in Blacksmithing with the Obsidium, I crafted 16 Folded Obsidium while it was on Orange and again, I didn't receive any skillups. I tried relogging, I tried restarting the game, still the same.
