Bug description: Sindragosa's Fury has no effect in Dalaran arena, does no damage, no slow, no AoE effect.
Proof: I don't have a prinscreen because of this happening in arena but just test it out yourself, happened to my 2s mate over 4 times.

Works fine for me, tested many times, maybe you saw the animation but he moved to fast or you didn't hit him at all, lag,etc, but no bug here.
