[REJECTED] [Mage][Fire] critical chance!!!

Bug description:

hi

Fire Mage without items (ilvl 000) has 20% critical chance and 6% mastery in blizzard 7.1.5.
i ply there before. but here(freakz) we have 15% critical chance !!! we lose 5% critical chance and we lose too much damage on fire talent
pls fix it , we need this for mythic raid
