Legendary bad luck protection system

^ As the title says, is the bad luck protection system from retail implemented on freakz? I am asking because, after 7 days of playtime, with 855 ilvl and lots of mythics+, raids, world bosses and etc, I still have no legendary even though I saw other players having as many as 3.

Something has to be wrong. Thanks in advance.

So it's basically just a random chance.. While some 102 level players can get them in normal dungeons, I can't after countless mythics 5+ and raids.. Well, that's frustrating to say the least.

Would be nice if they would implement it, it would be fair in my opinion
