Enemies healed while afflicted by your Festering Wounds have a chance to take (133% of Attack power) Shadow damage. Doesnt work at all. When target is affected by Festering Wounds, and something is healing it (HOT or normal cast healing spell) they should take dmg. It has an ICD, it can't proc from every hot/heal non-stop, and I know for a fact that this was fixed long time ago.


Record a duel with a healer and post it here so we can see from what it may not work.

I cant make an video, u can see there an imgur with reccount that, it doesnt proc at all. Im 1000% sure its bugged for now. And i know about ICD, its something between 2-3 sec.

I have the same problem, it didnt proc during a whole arena game against a healer.

Back in 7.1.5 on retail it was one of our main pressure ability with necro so its a huge loss of dps.

I can see here that you already worked on the spell back in time. I agree that it should not proc every second but even on retail in 7.1.5 it was the only thing that would make unholy strong in pvp so it is normal that it does a lot of dmg.

I remember this ability being one of main dmg with recount addon.


Idk the maths behind it but maybe the ICD is too strict.

Hope youll look at it.
