[DUPLICATE] Timeless isle (after crash) huge glitch

Bug description:

I will go in details here. Last few days I am farming Emperor Shaosha rep, so I know what am I talking about, I experienced bug at least 4 times. After each server crash, if I am on timeless isle this WILL happen. I log back when server is up, and following stuff happens:
1. I can not move from my spot, not even use Hearthstone/Death gate, and 2 times I got telepored to Timeless isle graveyard when I logged in.
2. I get "Honorless target" debuff which lasts 3 minutes, but thing is, It will last forever if I try to move. In other words, no matter how much time left of that debuff, it will get back to 3 minutes if i try to move, even if it expires.

Unstuck doesn't help to remove this bug, since I go unstuck and then go back to timeless isle, I get debuff again and can't move.
Way I avoided to get stucked is just, after unstuck I spent some time out from timeless isle, and when I came back it was okay. My opinion is that "Honorless target" debuff creates this bug, I hope I went into enough details so you guys can solve it.

Proof: There is no chance to post a proof other than making video.

Update: After 20+ mins out of timeless, I came back and I got bug again, seems like nothing can solve it except server restart/crash
