Bug description: The dmg increase is the same even if i have items on me or not.
Proof:

in the next i will put items and i will try again with both, on and off.

Difference is the same., 0 increase from items.

i dont understand your report. What does Amplification (wowhead link) have to do with items? Please read the talent carefully...amplification adds an aditional 15% damage increase per arcane charge. So lets say without Amplification (wowhead link) you have 70% damage increase per arcane charge, amplification makes it so you get 85% per charge not 70%.
