[FIXED] [Mage][Frost] Mastery: Icicles are not always launched by Ice Lance

Bug description: Sometimes the icicles simply don't shoot away, ice lance doesn't consume them. To me it seems just random, only happened on bosses...never happened in pvp, only in pve. I have no idea what is causing it. Usually if i keep spaming lance, eventually by the 5th or even more lances they shoot away.
Proof: Kind of hard to prove considering it just randomly happens as far as i can see, I do not know what is causing it in order to test it.

I can't reproduce this, is it still happen? maybe it have something to do with the lag?

nothing about the lag, i'm sure of that...
i'll do more testing. Places i know 100% it occured to me is black rook hold on bosses, an on King Deepbeard in eye of azjara. I'll keep you posted if it occurs again, i'll try to screenshot it

Ok so it just happened again. I am not sure but i think one possible cause could be the artifact trait "Ice Nine" that gives a chance to generate 2 icicles, and probably when it procs at 4 icicles it bugs out. I usually notice it during my burst...ill test more

so the mastery for frost mages is sill fked up .. i play pvp and sometimes as he said, icelance does not launch the icicles but what is more annoying about it is that if you play with glacial sometimes the icicles disappear when they have like 20 seconds left ( at a total of 60 seconds) and it makes it so much harder cuz i found myself casting glacial spike on a enemy and out of nowhere the cast cancel itself because the icicles disappear one by one for no reason when they still have some time left. i dont know how can you fix it.. maybe reset the mastery or something

can confirm. Had 5 stacks of Icicles even after i casted more than 5 ice lances. They should be consumed on every ice lance.

Confirmed, Still don't know from what is could cause that, happen only if I spam Frostbolt like 10 times and when I have Brainfreeze proc.
