[REJECTED] Fire mage artifact weapon and off-hand

Bug description: Fire mage artifact weapon and off-hand 838 ilvl does not give the intellect value and stats written on them.
Proof:
Intellect: 19712 my intellect without a weapon + 7162 int from weapon + 685 from offhand = 27559 int. Instead i have 27203. (356 less intellect)

Haste: 5294 + 281 weapon + 511 off-hand = 6086. I have 6071. (15 less haste)

Crit: 8323 + 226 off-hand = 8549. I have 8567. (18 more crit)

Mastery: 5413 + 281 weapon = 5694. I have 5689. (5 less mastery)

These values are from unequipping the artifact only, no other gear, counting the stats, equipping the artifact and adding up the values written on them and checking my stats for comparison.

Edit:

Checked Arcane and Frost artifacts too, Haste Mastery and intellect all add up correctly on staves, Only fire weapon and off-hand not.
