Nvm, looks like i did all the following quest already, but the quest still appeared on adventure's guide, that's what confused me.

It looks like, if you do all quests via scouting map, and don't accept it from adventure's guide, it will be just a visual bug afterall. Could that be automatically dissappear if u accept it through scouting map?
