[FIXED] [Monk][Mistweaver] Essence Font's passive & Gust of Mists

Bug description:
Gust of Mists should heal affected targets by Essence Font's passive twice but it doesn't work.

Proofs:



As you can see, gust of mists is healing the same amount (based on my spell) while essence font's passive is on me. it should heal me about ~108k on a normal hit and ~210-230k as a critical hit. also a dev marked my previous thread, https://forum.wow-freakz.com/REJECTED-Monk-Mistweaver-Essence-Font-s-passive-Gust-of-Mists-t475111.html as rejected which is wrong, because the proof he brought is COMPLETELY wrong.



as you can see his character's gust of mists applied critically hit not as normal hit. honestly i dont know what he thought, seriously. anyway, even more proof (a naked character without any items, mostly). this is the result of spamming Essence Font ability:

To clarifiy situation. As of now, Gust of Mists heals the target TWICE during Essence Font.

How it should be: gust of mist should NOT be procced at all by Essence Font, but rather when another spell (like Effuse) is cast, that cast will trigger Gust of Mists twice
