[DUPLICATE] World Quests Vs Pop ups

Bug description: World quests are not proccing when i go there , but are visible in my map. Having this problem right after a server restart. Deleted cache, WTF , everything i could possibly try but it is not working.

As u can see in the image, i have manually tracked the quest by clicking it on map. And i killed the quest mob, but did not get the credit..Quests in every zone donot get added to my log nor they complete even after manual tracking.

Many of us have same problem. I hope they will fix it soon
