Questions about Level, damage and Healing Scaling in dungeons

Hello. I would like to know if the Level,Damage and Healing scaling is working in Legion dungeons at all. For Zones seems to work just fine(as damage and level) but for dungeons there are mobs or abilities which can one-shot players with easy(and are not supposed to) so is the level,damage and healing scaling working?

No answer because your question is unclear. What "damage and scaling"? What "for some dungeons mobs one shot"?

I asked like that because i thought that some knew about the system of Legion Normal dungeons. On Legion dungeons the mobs change their level depend of who is the player that face them(so if we have 2 players and one is 98 the mobs will be shown to him as level 98(and the bosses 100) while if the other one is level 102 the mobs will be shown to him as level 102(and the bosses 104). Furthermore in retail seems to be formulas for the damage the mobs and boss are doing.

These formulas the more you are about to reach 110 level the more damage you take so everybody can withstand the abilities no matter their level.
For the damage you do seems that either the mobs have less armor or the system itself is increasign the damage of the lower level players than 110(there are many retail posts asking why some low level players can do this massive amount of dps by their addon) and damage is probably transfer to the ui of other players as percent damage(for example the 100 level players deal 50k damage on a mob with 500k the 110 level players will see that the mob got hit by 10% of its total health so if was 1500k will be 150k)
For the healers the higher their level the more their healing go back to its base healing so a healer of 110 if can do with the same spell a healing of 50k an other healer who is 98 should be able to do almost the same 50k with the same spell.

Now here seems that this system does not work as the abilities seems to do the same damage to you no matter your level, the low level healers are healing way lower than the higher level ones and the low level dps are dealing extremelly too low damage.

That's the world scaling mechanic, we have that implemented for Broken Isles mobs, so the system is working. Not 100% sure if it also applies to all dungeon mobs, but if it doesn't just tell us which mobs and we'll check

I think the mob Vileshard Hulk(http://www.wowhead.com/npc=91000/vileshard-hulk) should be the best example from Neltharion's Lair to check if the system is also applied or not in the server.

This is as far as i see the level auto-attack damage scaling. What about the abilities of the mobs?

Think that one level 98 dps (who have around 500k health) get hit by https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=226296&&name=piercing-shards. From what i read he will get 332499 to 367500 instant damage and the first dot will be 120000 damage which is almost its full health. On the video i gave the dk for example who is not tanking and level 102 with 620k health on the first hit he get around 120k and 30k damage per tick.

Is on 1:38 you can see he get hit.

The abilities might not be scaled (although most abilities have level scaling data, the one you linked doesn't). We need full info about this issue

Ok. Ty. I understand. Will try to find good proofs and report them on bugtracker then. I just thought that the hall system was not implemented so to report one by one spell would be more time consuming for you devs. Sorry if used too much of your time.
